School Clothing- The only district were school uniform is required is in District Smart. The other districts don't require them.
Normal Clothing- Depending on your district the clothes you ware are related to the culture.Like in District Peace you where you where clothes with peace signs and clothes that fit a little big.
Indivuals- You decide where your money is spent and controll your bills.

Districts-Every one on the Cape Peninsula Utopia is set to certain district based on your attitude and posture.There are 5 districts called Peace, Evil, Smart, Happy, Moderate.District Peace is for people like hippies and just peacful people.District Evil is were witches and prisoners live that have done teriable crimes.District Smart is for high inteled people.District Happy is for people who like excitment and laughter.District Moderate is fore people who like excitment but also like calmness.When you first enter the utopia you are infront of a board of directors, one director from each district (which are voted in every 6 months). They will assign you to a district after you answer a series of questions.
Economy- Your income is based on your skills and intellengce on a 1-10 scale. This scale ranges from
$1,500 a month to $15,000 per month.Everyone has a 5 day a week job or own a bussiness.Taxes are 10% of all sales and comes out of everyones income.This is to help keep the districts clean and new.
Lifestyle- Everyone homes style is based on your district.The size is also determineed by your income(1-10 scale skills and intellegence). Depending on your district there are shops, stores, malls, and outdoor markets.
